Cacao, Breath & Sound: A 90-Minute Sacred Journey

You’re gently invited into a cozy, nurturing space—where the outside world softens and you come home to yourself.

We’ll begin together in quiet connection, sipping warm ceremonial cacao, known for its heart-opening and soul-soothing qualities. As the cacao moves through you, you’ll be guided to set a gentle intention—something your heart is ready to hold or release.

From there, we ease into conscious breathwork, a powerful yet tender practice to clear emotional weight, awaken your energy, and connect you more deeply with your body. It’s a safe space to let go, feel, and simply be held by your breath.

We’ll then move into stillness, lying down and resting deeply as you’re bathed in healing sounds—crystal singing bowls, gongs, and soft sacred instruments that wash over you like waves, inviting peace and inner harmony.
