Full Moon Women's cacao ceremony's are a heart opening experience, giving you a supported space to explore what you are energetically & maybe even physically ready to release. This is a time to let go of anything on your mind and heart. Exploring with yoga, dance, plant medicine, breathwork and meditation. We come together as women in circle to support  connect and share with  each other as done by our ancestors many times before. This is a sacred circle.
