To ensure fairness for all clients, please review our cancellation policy: 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment or event. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment or event without notice will result in being charged 100% of the session cost. Workshops & Events: Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Emergencies: We understand life happens. Exceptions may be considered in cases of genuine emergencies at our discretion. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
