Learn how yoga can change your life and join our community. Experience the profound benefits of yoga and improve your flexibility, enhance strength, and a heightened sense of inner peace. From invigorating flows to restorative poses, our classes cater to all levels. Join us for a 5-week journey that combines strengthening, flexibility, healing, nerve Flossing and restoration. What you’ll experience: Strengthening and Toning: Build muscle endurance and core strength. Flexibility and Mobility: Increase your range of motion with guided stretches. Energy Boost: Awaken your body and spirit with energizing flows. Breathe Easy: Learn pranayama techniques for better breath control. Mindfulness and Meditation: Cultivate mental clarity and calm through meditation practices. Mini Sound Bath: Relax deeply with a soothing sound bath at the end of the course. Includes one free class or makeup session if needed. A free make up class will be offered at the end of each course.
Cancellation Policy
🌿 Cancellation Policy – Luna Holistic Wellness We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness for all clients, please review our cancellation policy: 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment or event. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment or event without notice will result in being charged 100% of the session cost. Workshops & Events: Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Emergencies: We understand life happens. Exceptions may be considered in cases of genuine emergencies at our discretion. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
